The Clearing
Food - The Clearing at Candia Woods is the perfect 19th Hole. Menu selections include appetizers, soups, chowders, salads, piled high deli sandwiches and our famous burgers - made exclusively with Certified Angus Beef. Chef Doug Alderman rounds out every day's menu by adding terrific specials including some very interesting paninis.
For you early birds we always have great coffee brewing and a selection of muffins, coffee cake and tasty breakfast sandwiches.

Drink - To compliment our menu selections we have a full bar including several beers on draft and a nice selection of wines by the glass. Come in and challenge our bartenders to make your favorite cocktail or check out our ever changing selection of seasonal beers.
